Toei Festa 2024 in Asakusa Line" will be held ！.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau holds the "Toei Festa" every year to express our gratitude to our customers who use the Toei transportation system and to the local residents around the venue, and to make them feel even closer to the system.

On the day of the festival, we will offer tours of the rolling stock factory, which are not usually open to visitors, and a photo session of the rolling stock. In addition, for the first time, a special factory tour called "Factory Sneak Preview" will be held for children of elementary school age and younger, in addition to a "Cab Tour" and "Maintenance Car Test Ride" for children.

In addition, we are looking forward to welcoming you to the event with a variety of exciting plans, including an exhibition of Toei bus vehicles celebrating their 100th anniversary this year, and restaurants from the local Ota Ward as "Ota-ku no Ippin".

Magome Rolling Stock Inspection Station, Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau （ Location ： 6-38-1 Minami-Magome, Ota-ku, Tokyo ）

5-minute walk from Nishimagome Station on Toei Subway Asakusa Line

*Parking lot ・ at the venue Bicycle parking is not available. Car ・ Motorcycle ・ Please refrain from coming by bicycle, etc. and use public transportation.

3 Event Details

（ 1 ） Experience washing cars

You can see how Toei Asakusa Line cars are washed from inside.

*The first 5,000 visitors to experience the train will receive a train card.

*The train washing experience may be interrupted due to congestion or other reasons.


（ 2 ） Cabin Observation （ Advance application from special site ・ Lottery ）

You can visit the cab of Toei Asakusa Line cars. Visitors will also receive a certificate and Asakusa Line novelty goods. （ Limited to 40 pairs *Limited to 2 persons per pair ）.

Tour times are ① 10:15~11:10 ② 11:15 ～ 12:10 ③ 12:15 ～ 13:10 ④ 13:15 ～ 14:10 (non-selectable)
*This tour is for children of elementary school age and younger and their parents. Adults only or children only are not allowed to visit.

（ 3 ） Train photo session

In addition to Toei Asakusa Line You can take pictures of the railcars on the Toei Asakusa Line as well as the Asakusa Line.

You will have to wait until the day of the event to find out what kind of rolling stock will be available.

*Please note that the train photo session may be interrupted due to congestion or other reasons.


（ 4 ） Maintenance car test-ride （ Apply in advance from the special site ・ Lottery ）

Test-ride cars used for maintenance work on the railroad track, and point of view with a Daruma rattrap

Guided tour of the Oedo Line inspection train from above and below, with a tour of the cab.

*Children of elementary school age or younger and their guardians are eligible to apply. Adults only or children only are not allowed to experience this program.

（ 6 ） Factory Tour ・ Transportation Bureau Data Exhibition
You can see the display of parts and other exhibits in the train factory, which you cannot usually see.

・ Experience corner to operate pantograph, open and close doors, etc.

・ Mock-up corner of Asakusa Line Type 5300 （ Winners of the lottery on the day can experience it. ）

*Only children under elementary school age can participate in both the experience corner and the mock-up corner.

（ 7 ） Toei Bus Exhibition

Toei Bus vehicles celebrating their 100th anniversary this year will be displayed.

（ 8 ） Goods for sale

Toei Subway ・ The Toden booth will feature a large selection of goods, including pre-sale of new products and popular TOEI TO-RAN goods. In addition, the "Toden Calendar （ 2025 Edition ）" and "Asakusa Line Plastic Rail" will also be on sale. At the Toei Bus booth, a number of products will be on sale, including the pre-sale of the new "Min-kuru Handkerchief Towel".

Unwanted railroad parts by Toei Transportation Parts will be sold.

（ 11 ） Quiz Rally

Answer the quiz questions set up in the event site and you will receive novelty goods of Toei Transportation at the General Information Desk.

4 Special website opened ・ Applications for advance lottery events

Please apply for the "Cab Tour", "Maintenance Car Test Ride", "Factory Sneak Preview", and "Railway Parts Sales" through the special website. The special site will also include information such as a video introducing the highlights of the Metropolitan Festa, so please be sure to check it out.
